Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, visiting dealers and distributors, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new dealer and distributor leads.
- Promote and sell sanitary items, submersible pumps, motors, sink taps, and related products.
- Visit customers regularly and follow up on inquiries.
- Build strong relationships with retailers and wholesalers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and submit daily reports.
Requirements:
- 1–5 years of sales experience.
- Experience in sanitary, plumbing, pump, hardware, or building material industry preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
Salary: ₹20,000–₹35,000 + Incentives (Based on Experience)
