Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated Field Sales Executive to promote and sell our spices products in retail shops. The role involves visiting grocery stores, kirana shops, and retail outlets to showcase our product range, take regular orders, and build long-term relationships with shop owners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit assigned retail shops daily to introduce and promote our spices products
- Demonstrate product quality, pricing, and benefits to shopkeepers
- Take orders from retailers and ensure timely order collection
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain good relationships with existing customers and onboard new retailers
- Collect market feedback and competitor information
- Ensure proper product visibility and availability at retail outlets
Requirements:
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Willingness to work in the field and travel daily
- Basic understanding of FMCG or retail sales (preferred)
- Ability to meet sales targets
- Two-wheeler and smartphone preferred
