Job Summary
We are looking for a result-oriented Field Sales Executive responsible for generating leads, meeting customers on-site, demonstrating products, and closing sales in residential societies, dealerships, and retail outlets.
The ideal candidate should be confident, target-driven, and comfortable with outdoor sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach residential societies, RWAs, car cleaning vendors, and retailers
- Conduct live product demonstrations
- Generate leads and convert them into sales
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Collect feedback from customers and report to management
- Coordinate for order processing and timely delivery
- Maintain daily visit and sales reports

- High-rise apartments & gated communities
- Car & bike owners
- Car detailing shops
- Auto accessory stores
- Corporate fleets
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years experience in field sales (FMCG / Automotive preferred)
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Basic understanding of sales reporting
- Must own a two-wheeler (preferred)
- Comfortable with door-to-door / society sales
Salary & Incentives
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 (Based on Sales)
