Field Sales Executive

Sonison Packaging — a trusted name in the packaging industry for over 30 years — is looking for an energetic and self-motivated Field Sales Executive to join our growing team.

The role involves meeting clients, generating leads, and promoting our range of BOPP Self Adhesive Tapes (plain and printed).

• Key Responsibilities:Visit customers and dealers in assigned areas.
• Generate new business and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Explain product features, pricing, and offers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and report daily visits/sales updates.
• Coordinate with office and dispatch team for orders and deliveries.
• Requirements:Minimum 1–3 years of experience in field sales (preferably in packaging / FMCG / industrial products).
• Must have own two-wheeler and valid driving license.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-friendly attitude.

Salary & Benefits:💰 Salary: Fixed + Attractive Incentives

⛽ Petrol Allowance: Provided by company

📱 Mobile Allowance: As per performance (optional line if applicable)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
