Field Sales Executive

Role Overview:

We are looking for a reliable and energetic Sales-cum Delivery Executive to manage retailer servicing in a designated territory. The role includes order taking, market visits, new shop onboarding, product delivery, and payment collection. You will ensure smooth stock movement and consistent product availability across your assigned area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit retailers as per beat plan for order booking, delivery, and collections.
• Maintain strong relations with existing shops and onboard new retailers.
• Ensure timely supply of products and proper invoicing/documentation.
• Conduct sampling and support product visibility in the market.
• Share daily activity reports and update market feedback regularly.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure territory growth.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of FMCG sales or delivery experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of Delhi routes is a plus.
• Physically fit, punctual, and responsible.
