🚀 भर्ती जारी है – Field Executive - Product Demo
हम एक Retail Ordering सहायक Calling App की testing कर रहे हैं, जो Kirana Stores के लिए बनाया गया है। इसके लिए हमें ऐसे Field Executives की आवश्यकता है जो दुकानदारों के साथ हमारे App की testing करवा सकें और उन्हें Calling Assistant इस्तेमाल करने में सहायता कर सकें।
📍 कार्य क्षेत्र:
• अपने local area के Kirana Stores visit करना
🛒 कार्य विवरण:
• अपने local area के Kirana stores को visit करना
• दुकानदार को phone call ordering सहायक के बारे में बताना
• दुकानदार को ordering सहायक पर call connect करवाना
• सहायक phone call के दौरान retailer की सहायता करना
• दुकानदार से सहायक phone call की राय लेना
• सहायक phone call से जुड़ी राय और समस्याएँ company के साथ share करना
⏱️ प्रतिदिन कार्य:
• प्रत्येक store पर लगभग 5–10 मिनट कि call करवाना
• Local market में stores visit करना और demo करवाना
✅ आवश्यक योग्यताएँ:
• Retailers/shop owners से बात करने में comfortable हों
• Hindi या Gujarati बोलना आता हो
• FMCG / field sales / retailer के साथ आपका अनुभव हो
• Kirana market की सरल समझ हो
💰 प्रोत्साहन राशि (Incentive Structure):
• 50 सफल कॉल पर: ₹3,000
• 70 सफल कॉल पर: ₹5,000
• 100 सफल कॉल पर: ₹7,000
