Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Source new customers for
- Business Loan, Home Loan, and LAP.
- Generate
- minimum assigned monthly disbursement as per company target.
- Conduct
- field visits for client acquisition and document collection.
- Explain
- loan products, eligibility, ROI, tenure, and processing charges
- clearly to customers.
- Collect
- and verify all required documents: KYC, income proof, bank
- statements, property papers, etc.
- Coordinate
- with credit, operations, and banks/NBFCs for file processing and
- approvals.
- Maintain
- strong relationships with builders, DSAs, brokers, and referral
- partners.
- Ensure
- quick turnaround time for login, approval, and disbursement.
- Maintain
- daily MIS, lead tracking, and pipeline reporting.
- Ensure
- compliance with company and lender policies.
- Handle
- customer queries and provide post-disbursement support.
