Field Sales Executive

This is a 2-month paid contract role, with the opportunity to move to a full-time position based on performance

About the role:

Devora Hygiene works with Indian apparel brands and boutiques, supplying customised underarm sweat absorbers that stores gift to customers with every purchase — in the store's own branded packaging. We're hiring a field sales executive to visit ethnic wear boutiques and apparel stores across Delhi NCR, demonstrate the product to store owners/managers, and get them started on a no-commitment trial

Responsibilities:

• Visit 15–20 boutiques/apparel stores per day across assigned markets in Delhi NCR
• Carry sample kits and demonstrate the product and all three use cases (complimentary gifting, premium gifting, in-store trial protection) to store owners/managers
• Explain the trial offer and close orders on the spot where possible
• Collect store owner contact details (WhatsApp number) and hand off qualified leads for follow-up
• Maintain a daily visit log (stores visited, outcome, follow-up needed)
• Report daily/weekly to the founder

Requirements:

• Prior field sales or retail relationship experience preferred (apparel, FMCG, or B2B is a plus, not mandatory)
• Comfortable walking store-to-store, confident speaking with business owners
• Two-wheeler preferred (for covering more ground per day) — please specify if you have one
• Basic English + Hindi fluency; should be presentable and able to hold a conversation with brand-conscious store owners (this isn't a commodity/price pitch — it's a premium add-on for stores that care about their customer experience)
• Smartphone with WhatsApp
