Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive with experience in industrial automation products like PLC, HMI, VFD, Sensors, and Control Panels. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, and closing sales.
- Key Responsibilities:Visit industrial clients (factories, OEMs, panel builders)
- Promote products: PLC, HMI, VFD, SCADA, Sensors, etc.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Prepare quotations and follow up for orders
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with technical team for solution-based selling
2. Required Skills:Good knowledge of industrial automation products (PLC, HMI, VFD)
- Basic understanding of electrical/control systems
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle field work and client visits
- Self-motivated and target-driven
