Finance

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records.
• Prepare and review sales and purchase invoices.
• Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny.
• Assist in GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance.
• Coordinate with CA and auditors for statutory requirements.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare MIS reports, cash flow reports, and financial summaries.
• Ensure timely vendor and customer payment reconciliations.

Production

• Plan and monitor daily production schedules.
• Coordinate with vendors and production teams to ensure timely manufacturing.
• Track raw material availability and production status.
• Maintain production records and quality documentation.
• Ensure production targets are achieved within timelines.
• Coordinate with quality control to maintain product standards.

Operations

• Manage inventory and warehouse operations.
• Coordinate order processing, dispatch, and logistics.
• Monitor stock movement and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Improve operational workflows for higher efficiency.
• Coordinate with procurement, sales, and dispatch teams.
• Prepare operational reports and performance dashboards.
• Resolve operational issues to ensure smooth business functioning.
