Finance MIS Executive

About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to manage reporting, data analysis, operational tracking, and administrative coordination across the organization. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Excel, comfortable working with large datasets, and capable of generating accurate business reports that support management decision-making.

This role will play a critical part in monitoring business performance, maintaining operational records, and ensuring data accuracy across departments.

• Key Responsibilities
• MIS & ReportingPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Generate operational, sales, collections, and portfolio performance reports.
• Maintain dashboards and trackers for management review.
• Analyze business data and identify trends, exceptions, and performance gaps.
• Create ad-hoc reports as required by management.
• Experience in NBFC, Fintech, Lending, Collections, or Financial Services preferred.
• Familiarity with dashboards and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
• 1–4 years of experience in MIS, Operations, Reporting, Data Analysis, or Administrative roles.
