Job Description (Banca Channel)

Key Responsibilities :

  • Work with assigned bank branches to achieve insurance sales targets.
  • Build strong relationships with branch managers and bank employees.
  • Identify customers visiting the bank who may need life insurance.
  • Explain insurance products and recommend suitable plans based on customer needs.
  • Assist bank staff in generating leads and closing insurance sales.
  • Conduct product training sessions for bank employees.
  • Help existing customers with policy servicing and documentation.
  • Ensure all sales comply with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly business targets while maintaining business quality.
