Job Title: Field Sales Executive – FMCG (Pooja Products)

Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹17,000 per month + Petrol Allowance + Performance Incentives

Sanatan Dharma is a premium Indian pooja essentials brand offering products such as Kapoor, Cotton Wicks (Batti), Kalawa, Kumkum, Puja Oil, Gangajal, Dhoop, Agarbatti, and other devotional products. We are building a strong retail distribution network across Delhi NCR and are looking for energetic sales professionals to grow our market presence.

Key Responsibilities
* Visit retail shops, pooja stores, kirana stores, and wholesalers daily.
* Generate new retailer and distributor orders.
* Introduce and promote Sanatan Dharma products in the assigned territory.
* Achieve monthly sales and outlet coverage targets.
* Develop strong relationships with retailers and distributors.
* Ensure product visibility and placement at retail outlets.
* Collect market intelligence regarding competitors, pricing, and schemes.
* Maintain daily visit reports and order records.
* Coordinate with the company regarding stock availability and deliveries.

Requirements
* Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
* 1–3 years of FMCG sales experience preferred.
* Experience in General Trade (GT) sales is an advantage.
* Good communication and negotiation skills.
* Must own a smartphone.
* Two-wheeler preferred.
* Knowledge of local markets in Delhi NCR.

* 30–40 retailer visits per day.
* Add new retailers every month.
* Meet monthly sales targets.
* Maintain strong retailer relationships and repeat orders.
