Role OverviewAs a Food Cart Manager, you will be responsible for managing the complete day-to-day operations of a Lala Litti food cart. You will ensure every customer receives delicious, hygienic food along with an exceptional customer experience.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, takes pride in maintaining high standards, and wants to build a long-term career in the food service industry.

• Key ResponsibilitiesFood Preparation & ServiceRoast and prepare Litti according to company standards.
• Assemble and serve Litti Chokha with consistency and attention to presentation.
• Maintain portion sizes and quality standards.
• Ensure food is served fresh, hot, and quickly.
• Customer ExperienceWelcome every customer with a positive attitude.
• Explain menu items and assist customers in making choices.
• Handle customer feedback professionally.
• Create a friendly atmosphere that encourages repeat customers.
• Cart OperationsOpen and set up the food cart before business hours.
• Prepare the workstation for efficient operations.
• Monitor stock throughout the day.
• Coordinate inventory requirements with the company.
• Close and clean the cart after operations.
• Hygiene & Food SafetyMaintain exceptional cleanliness of the cart and equipment.
• Follow food safety and hygiene protocols.
• Wear clean uniforms and maintain personal hygiene.
• Ensure ingredients are handled and stored correctly.
• Cash & BillingHandle cash, UPI, and digital payments accurately.
• Maintain daily sales records.
• Submit end-of-day reports.
• Ensure transparency in financial transactions.
• Inventory ManagementMonitor daily consumption of ingredients.
• Minimize wastage.
• Report stock shortages.
• Store materials properly according to company guidelines.
