Salary: ₹16,000-18,000 per month

Incentive: Up to ₹1,000 based on sales performance

Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 10:30 PM

About the Job:

We are hiring a sincere and hardworking person for our food cart. The person will be responsible for steaming momos, serving food to customers, handling orders, collecting payments and keeping the cart clean and organized.

This is a field/cart job, not a sitting job. Candidate should be active, honest and comfortable dealing with customers.

Main Work Responsibilities:

1. Steam momos properly as per customer orders.
2. Serve momos and other food items neatly and hygienically.
3. Take customer orders clearly and prepare/serve as per order.
4. Collect cash/UPI payments from customers and maintain basic payment discipline.
5. Pack food properly for takeaway orders.
6. Maintain proper stock of momos, chutney, plates, tissues, disposable items and other cart supplies.
7. Inform owner/manager when stock is low.
8. Keep the food cart clean, organized and presentable at all times.
9. Maintain hygiene while handling food, including clean hands, gloves/cap/apron if provided.
10. Talk politely with customers and help increase repeat customers.
11. Promote offers, combo items and QR code/WhatsApp joining to customers.
12. Report daily sales, balance stock and any issue at the cart.

Candidate Requirements:

• Freshers can apply.
• Experience in food cart, momo counter, street food counter, QSR or food service will be preferred.
• Must be honest, punctual and reliable.
• Should be able to stand and work for long hours.
• Should know basic customer handling.
• Should be comfortable collecting payments.
• Should be neat, clean and disciplined.
• Basic Hindi communication required.

Food Items to Handle:

• Steamed momos
• Chilli momos / dry momo items if required
• Chutney and dips
• Other food items as per cart menu
