Fulfillment Team Leader

We are looking for a responsible and execution-focused Fulfillment Team Leader to manage our daily warehouse dispatch operations. The role involves leading the packing team, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, coordinating shipments, and maintaining dispatch timelines across multiple e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms.

Execute daily dispatch plans assigned by the Fulfillment Manager.

Personally perform and supervise boxing, packing, labeling and shipment preparation.

Lead and coordinate a team of 3–5 packing associates.

Verify products, quantities and invoices before dispatch.

Ensure cartons are packed securely and efficiently according to company standards.

Coordinate shipment handover with transport partners and courier teams.

Update dispatch trackers and Excel reports accurately.

Ensure all shipments are dispatched within the committed timelines.

Monitor packing quality and minimize dispatch errors.

Maintain warehouse discipline, cleanliness and organized workstations.

Report daily dispatch status and operational issues to the Fulfillment Manager.

Support high-volume operations during sale events and festive seasons.
