Job Description

General Service Manager - HERO MOTOCORP

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive monthly service revenue and increase workshop vehicle inflow.
  • Improve Dealer Scorecard performance across all key parameters.
  • Achieve targets for HERO Parameters like AMC enrolment, SM Kits penetration, We Connect, PSF, Joyride redemption, and periodic service redemption.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and improve Google ratings through exceptional service.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the service team, including Service Advisors, Technicians, and CRM executives.
  • Improve workshop productivity, labour efficiency, and service turnaround time.
  • Increase Hero App installations and customer digital engagement.
  • Monitor daily workshop KPIs, prepare MIS reports, and implement corrective actions.
  • Plan customer retention campaigns and ensure timely service follow-ups.
  • Maintain Hero MotoCorp process compliance, workshop quality standards, and operational excellence.
