Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain daily inventory records and stock reports.
- Monitor inward and outward movement of materials.
- Ensure proper stock receiving, storage, and dispatch.
- Conduct physical stock verification and inventory audits.
- Maintain FIFO (First In First Out) stock management.
- Track damaged, expired, or slow-moving inventory.
- Coordinate with procurement and operations teams for stock requirements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
- Update inventory data in Excel, ERP, or inventory management software.
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness and proper material arrangement.
- Resolve stock discrepancies and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Required SkillsGood knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory software.
- Strong analytical and record-keeping skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to handle stock audits and reporting.
- QualificationsGraduate or Diploma in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in warehouse, inventory, or store management.
