A detail-oriented and customer-focused Relationship Manager with 1–2 years of experience in gold

appraisal, valuation, and handling. Skilled in KYC compliance, resolving customer queries, and

driving business growth through referrals and renewals. Strong ability to coordinate loan approvals,

enhance brand visibility, and build long-term customer relationships.

Experience

1 1–2 years of experience in gold appraisal

2 Valuation

3 Gold handling and verification

Key Responsibilities

1 Ensure accurate gold valuation including proper weight assessment and stone deductions

2 Prevent acceptance of spurious or unacceptable ornaments

3 Adhere strictly to KYC norms and organizational policies

4 Verify customer documentation and complete digital onboarding

5 Coordinate with internal stakeholders for loan approvals

6 Acquire new customers and maintain relationships with existing ones

7 Drive renewals and referral-based business growth

8 Address and resolve customer queries during loan processing

9 Participate in local marketing and lead generation activities

10 Improve brand visibility within assigned areas

Skills & Requirements

1 Graduate with relevant gold loan/appraisal experience

2 Age: Up to 30 years (preferred)

3 Strong communication skills in local language + basic English

4 Customer handling and relationship-building ability

5 Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license

6 Willingness for field-based work
