About the Role

Skillsify Digital is a performance marketing agency working with fast-growing D2C brands across automotive accessories, electronics, footwear, skincare, toys, and streetwear. We currently run high-performing Meta Ads for our clients, and several of them are now asking us to scale into Google Ads. We're looking for a Google Ads specialist to build and own this vertical — someone who can walk in, take charge of live eCommerce accounts, and start driving measurable ROAS from month one.

This isn't a legacy-account maintenance role. You'll be setting up Google Ads infrastructure fresh for multiple D2C brands, working closely with the founder and the existing performance marketing team.

What You'll Own

• Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads accounts across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, and Remarketing for our D2C client portfolio
• Build and optimize Purchase/Conversion campaigns as the core revenue driver — this is the primary skill we're hiring for
• Set up and audit conversion tracking via GA4 and Google Tag Manager, ensuring clean, trustworthy data across all accounts
• Run keyword research, competitor analysis, and bid/budget strategy to improve CTR, conversion rate, and ROAS
• Report performance clearly — to us internally and to clients directly when needed
• Collaborate with the Meta Ads and Shopify teams to align cross-channel strategy for the same brands

What You Bring

• 1–3+ years hands-on experience running Google Ads, ideally with direct ownership of Purchase/Conversion campaigns
• Proven ability to generate actual sales/purchases through Google Ads — not just leads or traffic (please be ready to walk us through real numbers)
• Working knowledge of Performance Max and Shopping campaigns for eCommerce
• Comfortable in GA4 and GTM — setting up and troubleshooting conversion tracking independently
• Sharp with data: you should be able to read a campaign's numbers and tell us what to fix, not just report what happened
• Prior agency or multi-client experience is a strong plus — you'll be managing several brands at once from day one
