Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Graphic Design & UI/UX Trainer to deliver practical, industry-focused training to students and fresh graduates. The ideal candidate should possess strong design fundamentals, hands-on experience with modern design tools, and the ability to guide students through real-world projects, portfolio development, and career preparation.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and practical training in Graphic Design and UI/UX Design.
- Prepare structured lesson plans, assignments, and project-based learning activities.
- Train students on industry-standard design tools and workflows.
- Teach design principles, branding, typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Conduct UI/UX sessions covering user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
- Guide students in creating professional portfolios and case studies.
- Review student projects and provide constructive feedback.
- Conduct mock interviews and assist students with placement preparation.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI design tools, and industry best practices.
- Coordinate with the academic team to improve course content and learning outcomes.
