Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities

·        Product Imaging: Create clean, uniform product visuals for website listings using raw images, including background removal, color correction, and retouching.

·        A+ Content & Banners: Design high-converting A+ content, product infographics, and homepage/category banners for marketplace platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).

·        Social Media: Design engaging social media creatives, ads, and stories for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

·        Asset Optimization: Resize and export web assets in optimized formats (WebP, compressed PNG/JPEG) to ensure fast load speeds.

·        Brand Consistency: Maintain brand guidelines, ensuring a consistent look and feel across all digital channels.

·        Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to turn concepts into visual assets.

·        File Management: Maintain organized, layered source files (PSD, AI, or Figma) and follow strict file-naming conventions. 

Technical Skills Required

·        Design Software: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Figma.

·        Optional/Preferred Skills: Experience with video editing tools (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or After Effects) for Reels/Ad creatives.

·        Web Knowledge: Understanding of aspect ratios, responsive design, and file compression.
