Core responsibilities

• Fulfill Daily Design Output – Deliver a minimum of 50 orders/designs per day, ready for production (correct size, fonts outlined, layers named, export settings right).
• Make/Cut/Print Files – Prepare print-ready and laser-cut files; support cutting & printing (Laser/UV/inkjet) and ensure clean machine-ready artwork.
• Design New Collections (Low Order Hours) – When order load is low, create fresh product designs using AI + manual design to expand our catalog.
• Product Creatives (Make & Review) – Create and revise product images, infographics, A+ modules, thumbnails, and lifestyle mockups whenever instructed; maintain brand consistency.
• Build & Maintain Product Catalog – Prepare product cards, sizes, attributes, SKUs, and export sets for Shopify/Amazon; keep folders and file names organized.
• Social Media Creatives – Design posts, stories, ads, and short video cover frames for ongoing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Create product artworks and mockups from customer photos/text (Amazon/Shopify, Instagram, WhatsApp).
• Prepare print-ready and laser-ready files (correct sizing, bleed, stroke/outline, mirror/flip where needed).
• Operate within SOPs: design team does not call customers except for image/quality clarifications.
• Generate A+ content modules, storefront banners, thumbnails, lifestyle shots, reels storyboards.
• Optimize for materials and sheet layout to reduce wastage; hand off to production/packaging.
• Maintain clean file structure and naming; version control for revisions and approvals.
• QC of final outputs (spelling, alignment, engraving depth expectations, LED orientation, etc.).
