Growth Manager

Neo Recovery Center is looking for an active and responsible Center Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our Ayurveda and Physiotherapy center in Paschim Vihar.

The candidate should be confident in handling patients, managing staff, coordinating appointments, driving sales, and ensuring smooth center operations. We are looking for someone who can take complete ownership of the center and help grow the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the Ayurveda and Physiotherapy center
• Handle patient appointments, therapy slots, walk-ins, and follow-ups
• Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and support staff
• Ensure smooth patient experience and proper communication
• Handle patient queries, complaints, feedback, and conversions
• Work on sales, local marketing, referrals, and lead follow-ups to increase patient footfall
• Maintain records of appointments, payments, enquiries, staff attendance, and daily reports
• Ensure cleanliness, discipline, hygiene, and proper center management
• Track daily enquiries, conversions, repeat visits, and revenue performance
• Take ownership of center growth and solve day-to-day operational issues

Required Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in clinic management, healthcare, wellness, physiotherapy, Ayurveda, salon/spa, hospitality, or service industry
• Good communication and patient-handling skills
• Strong sales and follow-up ability
• Should be active, disciplined, responsible, and ownership-driven
• Able to manage staff and daily center activities independently
• Basic computer knowledge is preferred
• Should be motivated to build and grow the center
