HEAD MITHAI CHEF / MASTER HALWAI


Looking for an experienced Head Mithai Chef / Master Halwai for a premium mithai setup in New Delhi.


Requirements:

• Strong experience in Indian mithai production 

• Expertise in dry fruit mithai & premium sweets 

• Ability to maintain quality and consistency 

• Knowledge of hygiene and kitchen operations 

• Experience handling bulk production preferred
