This role is ideal for candidates who have successfully managed software delivery teams, handled client escalations, improved delivery processes, and recovered delayed projects.

📍 Location: Sector 62, Noida (Hybrid/Remote)

💼 Experience: 8+ Years

📅 Engagement Type: Initial 90-Day Consulting Contract (Performance-Based Full-Time Opportunity)

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery

• Audit ongoing projects and identify delivery gaps.
• Create project recovery plans and delivery roadmaps.
• Define timelines, milestones, and project priorities.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Client Management

• Handle client escalations and critical project issues.
• Review and validate business requirements.
• Implement requirement freeze and change request processes.
• Improve client communication and satisfaction.

Quality Assurance & Process Improvement

• Build QA and testing frameworks.
• Implement regression testing and release management processes.
• Reduce recurring bugs and improve software quality.
• Monitor project quality standards and compliance.

Engineering & Delivery Governance

• Define SDLC, Agile workflows, and delivery standards.
• Implement code review, deployment, and release processes.
• Improve project tracking, reporting, and accountability.
• Drive delivery excellence across teams.

Team Leadership

• Lead Project Managers, Developers, QA Engineers, and Delivery Teams.
• Define KRAs, ownership, and accountability.
• Conduct performance reviews and delivery assessments.
• Mentor teams and improve operational efficiency.

Required Experience & Skills
