Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities: Safely operate company truck(s) to transport event production materials to venues, warehouses, and other locations.
  • Load and unload materials (with assistance from crew if required).
  • Ensure proper securing and protection of materials to avoid damage in transit.
  • Follow the event schedule and deliver items on time to meet setup deadlines.
  • Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the truck.
  • Assist production team with basic onsite support (unloading, placement of items, etc.).
  • Maintain accurate logs of mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery records.
  • Comply with all traffic rules, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Requirements: Valid commercial driving license (HMV as required).
  • Minimum 6 months of truck driving experience, preferably in logistics or event industry.
  • Ability to lift and move moderately heavy materials (chairs, trusses, panels).
  • Familiarity with routes and traffic regulations in the operating region.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with event production crew.
  • Punctual, responsible, and able to work flexible hours (including early mornings, late nights, weekends).
