Job Description
Job Title: Helper – Printing Press & Warehouse
Company: BookLeaf Publishing (Libresco Feeds Pvt. Ltd.)
Location: Delhi (in-house printing facility)
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000/month (based on experience)
Job Type: Full-time, on-site
Working Days: Monday to Friday (5-day week)
Shift: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Experience: Freshers welcome; 0–2 years preferred
Education: 8th pass or above
Age: 18–35 years
Language: Hindi (required), basic English (preferred)
About the Role
BookLeaf Publishing runs its own printing press and warehouse in Delhi, printing 1,200+ books every month. We are looking for reliable, hardworking Helpers to support our printing and binding team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist printing press operators with loading paper, managing print runs, and stacking output
- Support binder and paper cutter operators during book finishing
- Move paper, books, and materials within the facility
- Help with packing and dispatch of finished books
- Keep machines and workspace clean and organised
- Follow safety rules and supervisor instructions
What We're Looking For
- Physically fit, able to stand and lift moderate weights throughout the shift
- Punctual, disciplined, willing to learn
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Prior experience in a printing press, warehouse, or factory is a plus (not mandatory)
