Job SummaryWe are looking for a hardworking and reliable Helper to assist our technical and operations team in daily tasks. The candidate will support installation, maintenance, loading/unloading of materials, and general site activities while ensuring a safe and organized work environment.

• Key Responsibilities Assist technicians and engineers during installation and maintenance work.
• Carry, load, unload, and arrange tools, equipment, and materials.
• Support drilling, wiring, mounting, and basic electrical/mechanical work as instructed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the worksite.
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times.
• Assist in packing, dispatch, and inventory handling when required.
• Travel to client sites along with the technical team as needed.
• Report any issues, damages, or shortages to the supervisor.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.
• Requirements Minimum qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass.
• Prior experience as a helper is preferred but not mandatory.
• Physically fit and capable of handling manual work.
• Willingness to travel to client locations.
• Basic understanding of tools and equipment is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
