• Key Responsibilities:Welcome and attend to guests in a professional and courteous manner
• Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations efficiently
• Manage walk-in clients and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
• Maintain a positive first impression of the hotel at all times
• Handle guest queries, complaints, and provide quick resolutions
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for smooth operations
• Maintain records, billing, and front desk reports
• Upsell rooms and services to maximize revenue
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English – spoken fluency required)
• Strong interpersonal and guest-handling skills
• Confident personality with a well-groomed and professional appearance
• Sales-oriented mindset with ability to convert walk-in customers
• Basic knowledge (, booking systems, WhatsApp handling)
• Ability to multitask
• Preferred Candidate Profile: Good looking ,charming personality and good communication skills Experience in hotel, hospitality, or customer service industry
• Energetic, presentable, and confident personality
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
