House Manager

House Manager or Residence Manager

   Salary : 25K to 32K Monthly

   Location: Daryaganj

   Number of Position : 2

   Only Male Candidate, None addicted & Pure Veg

   Travel: Compulsory (Means Candidate have to go out of station for a 1 month or 2 month if needed ) 

   Day Shift

 Leaves: 2 Day in a Month (Rotational)

 Shift: 24/7 Accommodation we be provided

 Depute suitable manpower of Watchman, Cook, Housekeeping, Driver, Dhoby, etc. for MD Residency and manage the availability.

    Ensure the facility management, and maintain the residence

    Periodical maintenance of Home equipment & appliances, UPS, building, Water tank, Garden, etc. within approval budget.

    Arrange groceries and Housekeeping materials in monthly basis with scheduled period.

    Pay the phone, internet, EB bills, etc. and Water tax, Property tax within stipulated period.

    Ensure and arrange the periodical maintenance of vehicles, insurance follow-ups, etc.

    Coordinate with Acting Driver follow ups and assist with MD in official & personal visits.

    Coordinate with Local Corporation or similar persons for Garbage removal in periodical basis.

    Coordinate Farms with agri based revenue generation by suitable crop or Animal husbandry. Arranging manpower for routine tasks of watering, Manuring, De-  weeding, general cleaning, etc.

    Assist with Periodical maintenance of Drip irrigations & Solar panel cleaning activities.

    Maintain the Fencing, house, tools & equipment, proper EB usage, etc. and strict manner in allowing trespassers.

    Budgeting the periodical maintenance, improvements, requirements, etc and get approval with proper channel.
