About the Role
We are a Unified Trade-in company looking for an HR Executive who can independently handle all HR functions for our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants end-to-end ownership of HR in a growing small business.
Key Responsibilities — HR
- Manage the full recruitment cycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management
- Process monthly payroll and coordinate salary disbursement
- Handle statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Professional Tax) with support from consultants/accountants
- Draft and manage offer letters, appointment letters, and HR policies
- Handle employee grievances and maintain a positive work environment
- Conduct performance reviews and support employee engagement activities
- Manage exit formalities, full & final settlements, and documentation
- Coordinate with department heads on staffing needs
Key Responsibilities — Admin
- Manage day-to-day office administration and upkeep of office premises
- Handle vendor management — housekeeping, stationery, courier, pantry, AMC/repairs
- Oversee office supplies inventory and procurement within budget
- Manage utility bill payments and coordinate with the accounts team (electricity, internet, rent, etc.)
- Maintain records of company assets (laptops, furniture, equipment)
- Coordinate travel bookings and accommodation for employees when required
- Ensure statutory registers, licenses, and compliance documents are up to date
- Support in organizing company events, meetings, and employee engagement activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (HR/Business preferred); MBA in HR is a plus
- 1–3 years of experience in an HR & Admin generalist role, preferably.
- Good knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance
- Proficient in MS Excel and Word.
- Strong communication, coordination, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and manage HR and Admin single-handedly
