Job Description

Job Title: HR Executive

Job Summary:

An HR Executive is responsible for supporting and managing various human resource functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, payroll coordination, attendance management, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The role ensures smooth HR operations and helps create a positive work environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate selection.
  • Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
  • Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and coordinate payroll inputs.
  • Assist in payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursement.
  • Support performance appraisal processes and employee development initiatives.
  • Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and workplace issues.
  • Organize employee engagement activities, training programs, and wellness initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
  • Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and MIS reports for management.
  • Handle employee confirmation, promotion, transfer, resignation, and exit formalities.
  • Coordinate background verification and documentation for new employees.
  • Support disciplinary actions and grievance handling while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and continuous process improvements.
  • Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
  • 1–5 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, payroll, recruitment, and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRMS software.
