Job Description
Role Summary:
The HR Executive will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee attendance, onboarding, performance monitoring, employee engagement, and HR administration to ensure smooth organizational operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and onboard new employees.
- Maintain attendance, leave, and employee records.
- Monitor employee performance and discipline.
- Handle employee queries and grievances.
- Coordinate training and development activities.
- Support salary appraisal and HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Promote a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements:
- Graduate/MBA in HR or related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and MS Office.
- Ability to handle confidential employee information.
