Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Source candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed , Apna app and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Manage offers and assist with candidate onboarding.
  • Update the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to maintain accurate hiring data.

Requirements

  • Experience: 1–3 years as an HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
  • Skills: Strong sourcing abilities, excellent communication, and good time management.
  • Tools: Familiarity with ATS platforms and professional networks.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
