HR Recruiter

Job Title: HR RecruiterJob Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle, from identifying potential candidates to onboarding new hires. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to attract top talent to meet organizational needs.

• Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring)
• Post job openings on job portals, social media, and company career pages
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
• Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records
• Negotiate job offers and handle onboarding formalities
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (0–3 years for entry-level roles)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with job portals like LinkedIn, Naukri.com, or Indeed
• Good organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
