Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our IT recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified technical professionals while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSource candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers.
• Schedule interviews and maintain communication with candidates.
• Negotiate salary packages and manage offer rollouts.
• Handle onboarding documentation and joining formalities.
• Maintain recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT talent.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring requirements.
• Ensure recruitment targets are achieved within timelines.
• Required SkillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of IT roles and technologies.
• Experience with recruitment tools and job portals.
• Good negotiation and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
• QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in IT recruitment (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply, depending on the role).
• Preferred SkillsFamiliarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
• Experience hiring for software development, QA, cloud, data, or support roles.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring deadlines.
