Job Description
Core ResponsibilitiesSourcing & Attraction: Design and implement strategies to attract top-tier talent via professional networks, social media platforms (such as LinkedIn), and job boards.Screening & Selection: Review applications and resumes to determine baseline qualifications. Conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate both technical proficiency and cultural fit.Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand departmental staffing needs, refine selection criteria, and deliver status updates.Candidate Experience: Guide candidates through the interview, testing, and assessment process, serving as their primary point of contact.Offer Negotiation: Extend employment offers, navigate negotiations regarding salary and benefits, and handle pre-boarding steps.Data Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate candidate tracking in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and report on recruitment KPIs (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire).
