Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES-
1.Design and update job descriptions.
2.Source potential candidates from various online channels /sources/Portals etc.
3.Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.
4.Screen incoming resumes and application forms of job seekers.
5.1st round Interview of candidates (via phone, video and in-person/face to face)
6.Identify the need and taste of company and job seekers as well.
7.Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally & Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers/seniors.
8.Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits.
9.Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire
10.Meeting of target to ensure good incentive.
11.Keep Proper reporting with feedback with senior.
12.Call the job seekers, pitch the job requirements and ensure the arrival of the candidates for face to face round of interview in corporate office.
