HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing: Identify and engage qualified active and passive talent using professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn), job boards, and employee referrals.
• Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial phone/video interviews, and evaluate candidates for technical skills and cultural fit.
• Collaboration: Partner with department managers to define candidate profiles and write compelling job descriptions.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, manage feedback loops, and update candidate statuses in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Offer Management: Facilitate salary negotiations, present job offers, and coordinate onboarding processes for new hires.
• Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire) to optimize hiring strategies.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), and resume databases.
