HVAC Technician

Job description:

We are looking for a dedicated and technically skilled Service Engineer to join our team in Delhi to manage Data Center chiller. The candidate will be responsible for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing of equipment while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair company equipment at client sites.
• Diagnose technical issues and provide effective solutions within defined timelines.
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers.
• Maintain service reports and documentation for all assignments.
• Coordinate with internal teams for spare parts and technical assistance.
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in servicing or maintenance roles.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and customer-handling abilities.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office for reporting purposes.

Preferred Skills

• 5+ years of experience working with operations of Data Center, Hospital, Facility Management company, Manufacturing Company.
• Understanding of safety protocols and compliance standards.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
