WhatsApp Sales Executive – Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle all incoming WhatsApp fabric sales enquiries promptly and professionally
- Convert chats into fabric orders through product guidance, styling help, and pricing clarity
- Follow up on abandoned checkouts to close pending sales
- Engage and convert marketing leads generated via ads, website, and social media
- Share fabric product images, videos, availability, and offers as per brand guidelines
- Maintain customer details, order status, and follow-up notes accurately
- Coordinate with the operations team for order confirmation and dispatch updates
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant fabrics or combos where applicable
- Ensure fast response times and high customer satisfaction on WhatsApp
