Interior Designer

Job SummaryThe Interior Designer will be responsible for creating functional, aesthetically appealing, and client-focused interior design solutions. The role involves conceptualizing designs, preparing layouts, coordinating with vendors and project teams, and ensuring timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative interior design concepts and space planning solutions.
• Prepare 2D layouts, 3D designs, drawings, and presentations.
• Meet clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget.
• Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and décor elements.
• Create mood boards, design proposals, and project presentations.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
• Conduct site visits and monitor project progress.
• Ensure designs are executed as per approved plans and quality standards.
• Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and material specifications.
• Manage project timelines and assist in cost estimation.
• Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and design innovations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in interior design projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Revit, Photoshop, or similar tools.
