Interior Site Supervisor

Key Job Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Site Execution & Coordination

• Supervise daily site activities like carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and polishing work
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labor teams

2. Drawing Implementation

• Execute work as per approved 2D drawings and specifications
• Interpret layout, furniture, electrical, and detail drawings accurately

3. Quality Control

• Ensure materials (plywood, laminates, hardware, etc.) meet specifications
• Maintain workmanship quality and finishing standards

4. Material Management

• Track material requirements and site inventory
• Coordinate timely delivery of materials to avoid delays

5. Time & Progress Monitoring

• Maintain project schedule and ensure timely completion
• Provide daily/weekly progress updates

6. Client & Designer Coordination

• Act as a link between client, designer, and execution team
• Handle on-site queries and minor design adjustments

7. Safety & Compliance

• Ensure safety practices at site
• Follow building norms and site regulations

8. Measurement & Billing Support

• Take site measurements for BOQ and billing
• Verify contractor bills as per work done
