Process: Debt Recovery & Collections (UAE Banking Process)

Eligibility Criteria:

• Good to Average English Communication Skills
• Fluent English Communication Skills
• Freshers and Experienced Candidates Can Apply
• Basic Computer Knowledge Preferred
• Strong Communication and Customer Handling Skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Trace and locate non-contactable customers of UAE banks.
• Verify customer information through calls, emails, and available databases.
• Conduct customer verification and maintain accurate records.
• Update customer details in the system for recovery and collection activities.
• Build professional relationships with customers and resolve queries effectively.
• Ensure compliance with company guidelines and quality standards.

Salary Package: Customer Verification Executive / Skip Tracer

• ₹16,000 – ₹25,000 per month
• Salary based on experience, communication skills, and performance

Relationship Executive

• ₹16,000 – ₹25,000 per month
• Salary negotiable for experienced candidates
