Job Description
Manage customer interactions via voice calls, providing timely and accurate responses.
Resolve customer issues, complaints, and queries while maintaining a positive customer experience.
Escalate complex cases to higher support levels when necessary.
Document call details and maintain records in CRM systems.
Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics such as call handling time, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction scores.
Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and adapt communication styles to suit international customers.
Provide feedback to improve processes, scripts, and customer service quality.
Work in UK Shift
Shift Timings will Be 1:30 pm to 10:30pm
