Job SummaryWe are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals for the International Voice Process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer interactions, resolving customer queries, providing excellent support, and identifying sales opportunities while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with international customers professionally.
  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests efficiently.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
  • Achieve individual sales and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Follow company policies, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.
  • Build positive customer relationships through effective communication.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Required SkillsExcellent verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Sales aptitude with strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Good problem-solving and multitasking skills.

Eligibility

  • Graduate or Undergraduate (depending on company policy).
  • Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
  • Experience in international voice process, customer support, or sales is an added advantage.
  • Preferred QualificationsPrevious experience in international BPO/customer support/sales.
