Inventory & E-Commerce Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Dispatch & Stock Management

Maintain stock records for all products.

Monitor inward and outward material movement.

Coordinate dispatches with transporters and customers.

Prepare dispatch documents and invoices.

Ensure accurate inventory reconciliation and reporting.

2. Social Media Management

Create and post content on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

Promote products through photos, videos, and campaigns.

Respond to customer inquiries and generate leads.

Track engagement and marketing performance.

3. E-Commerce Management

Manage product listings on marketplaces and company website.

Upload product images, descriptions, and pricing.

Process online orders and coordinate fulfillment.

Handle customer queries and order tracking.

Monitor sales performance and optimize listings.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in inventory/warehouse management.

Knowledge of Excel and inventory software.

Experience with social media marketing.

Familiarity with Amazon, Flipkart, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Shopify, or similar platforms.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Experience: 2–5 years preferred
