IT Admin – Immediate Joiner

Location: Netaji Subhash Place, Pitampura, Delhi (Work from Office)

Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹27,000 per month

About the Role:

We are looking for a hands-on IT Admin to manage day-to-day IT operations, hardware support, and network administration for our office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hardware support & troubleshooting for laptops, desktops, printers, and other IT equipment
• Windows OS installation, configuration, and software installation/updates
• End-user support for hardware and software issues
• LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi network management; configuring routers, access points, DHCP, and static IPs
• Firewall administration, VPN configuration, web filtering, and network security
• Endpoint security management (antivirus/EPP tools) and monitoring
• Google Workspace (G Suite) user and email administration
• Laptop encryption management and BitLocker recovery key administration
• IT asset and inventory management
• Vendor coordination and support ticket follow-up for hardware/software issues
• Maintaining IT documentation, system configurations, and inventory records

Requirements:

• Prior experience in IT administration/support role
• Basic knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi), Windows OS, and endpoint security
• Familiarity with Google Workspace administration is a plus
• Good troubleshooting and communication skills
• Must be available to join immediately
