About the RoleCasa Pasta Group is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Account Executive to join our Finance & Accounts team. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, be proficient in Tally and MS Excel, and be eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

• Experience6 months to 2 years of experience in Accounts/Finance.
• Freshers with strong accounting knowledge may also apply.

Salary₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance)

• Key Responsibilities (KRA)Record day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally.
• Prepare sales and purchase entries, journal vouchers, and payment vouchers.
• Maintain cash, bank, and petty cash records.
• Reconcile bank statements and vendor/customer ledgers.
• Assist in GST data preparation and invoice management.
• Verify bills, invoices, and supporting documents.
• Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments for payment-related queries.
• Prepare MIS reports and Excel reports as required.
• Support month-end and year-end account closing activities.
• Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and statutory requirements.
• Required SkillsBasic knowledge of Tally Prime/ERP.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred).
• Understanding of GST and accounting principles.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• QualificationB.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
• Additional certification in Tally or Accounting will be an added advantage.
